Privacy policy
This page explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
The controller of your data is SRB motorsport, UAB, company code 306633193, Medekšinės g. 28A, Kaunas LT-47309, Lithuania.
For questions about personal data, write to info@srbmotorsport.lt or call +370 694 60114. We do not have a data protection officer: under Article 37 of the GDPR, our activities do not require one.
2. What data we collect

3. Why we collect it
To handle bookings, issue gift vouchers, keep track of loyalty points and memberships, issue invoices and, with your consent, send news and analyse website traffic.
4. Minors
Beginner simulators can be driven from age 5, so some of our visitors are children. Bookings for a minor are made, and consent is given, by their parents or guardians. A child’s image is used for marketing only with the consent of their parents or guardians.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies are always set, as the website does not work without them. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only if you consent in the cookie banner; refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time.

6. Who we share data with
We do not sell data or share it with anyone not listed in this table. We have a data processing agreement with each provider.

8. Your rights
- Access your data and receive a copy of it.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase data when we no longer have a legal basis to keep it.
- Restrict processing or object to it where we process data on the basis of legitimate interest.
- Port your data to another service provider.
- Withdraw consent at any time; this does not make processing carried out before the withdrawal unlawful.
- Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; we will inform you of significant changes by email or with a notice on the website.
