Terms and conditions

1. Bookings

You can book online at my.srb.lt or by phone. The minimum booking is one hour, except for the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup (20 or 40 min). Events require at least two simulators and two hours. A regular drive needs no deposit; for events a 30 % deposit is paid.

2. Cancellations and changes

A booking can be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel later, any amount paid in advance (a deposit or online payment) is non-refundable. Events have separate terms: a 30 % deposit and a 7-day cancellation period.

3. Late arrival

Your time runs from the agreed start of the booking, not from when you arrive. If you are late, the booking still stands but the driving time is not extended, as other guests come after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late without letting us know, the booking is treated as a no-show and any amount paid in advance is non-refundable. If you are running late, just call us: if the schedule allows, we’ll move your time.

4. Age limits

Beginner simulators can be driven from age 5, professional rigs from age 12 and the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup from age 14.

5. Safety and behaviour in the arena

The instructor prepares the equipment and helps you set it up: the seat, wheel, pedals and other settings can be adjusted to suit you. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed to drive.

6. Responsibility for the equipment

The equipment must be used as instructed by our staff. Do not use force on the wheel or pedals, disconnect cables or change software or computer settings.

The equipment is insured, so visitors do not have to pay for accidental damage. Normal wear and tear and technical faults are also our responsibility.

Visitors are only liable for damage caused intentionally, under the influence, or through gross disregard of staff instructions. Damage caused by a minor is the responsibility of the accompanying parents or guardians.

7. Gift vouchers

All vouchers are value vouchers and are valid for 12 months from issue. Vouchers are not personal: they can be passed on to someone else, used by several people and spent over several visits.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. An unused voucher bought online can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once the validity period ends, the voucher expires and is not refunded; the validity can be extended once by writing to info@srbmotorsport.lt before it expires.

8. Membership and loyalty points

Membership (SILVER and GOLD) works as a monthly subscription: the fee is charged automatically every month. Unused drives and guest passes do not carry over to the next month. Membership can be cancelled at any time at my.srb.lt or by writing to info@srbmotorsport.lt. Loyalty points: 1 € = 10 points, valid for one year, after which they expire. Points are calculated on the final amount paid, after the member discount. They are earned on drives and gift vouchers, but not on free hours included in the membership or on drives paid with points or a gift voucher.

9. Photos and videos

We take photos and videos at the venue and at events. General shots in which people cannot be identified are used without separate consent. Shots in which people can be identified are published on social media and in advertising only with consent, and for children only with the consent of their parents or guardians.

If you don’t want to be filmed, just tell a member of staff when you arrive; at events we give such guests a distinguishing mark so the photographer can see it. We remove an already published post within 14 days of a request to info@srbmotorsport.lt.
